I'm a chef, cookbook author and cooking instructor, as well as the pioneer of upscale Kosher dining (I was the co-founder of Levana Restaurant in NYC). As native of Morocco, I draw on extensive intercontinental culinary influences, always with a passion for preparing easy-to-make gourmet dishes packed with both flavor and nutrition.
