I ramble around the world, mainly in Switzerland and Europe, looking for good food and restaurants. I share my discoveries with my friends on my blog, The Rambling Epicure, on genevalunch.com.
I also develop recipes, design restaurant menus and accept food-related writing assignments.
I give cooking lessons using methods I've developed myself, Spontaneous Cooking and Mindful Eating. Both these methods are based on using the freshest (and therefore tastiest) local ingredients available. I also give taste sensitization classes, which I use in the Mindful Eating classes in conjunction with weight loss therapy.
I am also an ambassadress for the Swiss women wine producers association.
