Hotline MVP of the Month

To thank our members for their dedication to helping out their fellow cooks, every month we’ll choose a Food52er whose activity on the Hotline has caught our eye, and treat him or her to a $25 gift certificate to Provisions.

We’re excited to announce that October’s Hotline MVP is aargersi!

Aargersi is a longtime member of Food52 with an impressive catalogue of recipes (including a number of contest winners and finalists and dozens of community picks). Today though she's a winner for her contributions on the Hotline. She is always kind and encouraging, whether walking us through how to take care of our cast iron pans or helping us choose a red chili pepper. She helps solve questions of what to do with leftover roasted vegetables, figures out easily transportable meals for a crowd, and troubleshoots soggy enchiladas. Being on the receiving end of her guidance on the Hotline is like having a dear friend with you in the kitchen, reassuring you that it will all work out okay.

We know for a fact that, like us, aargersi is a big fan of a glass of rosé. So until we can make it to Austin, we're raising a glass in her honor.

Congratulations to aargersi, and thanks to everyone who participates over on the Hotline -- the community wouldn’t be the same without you.
