7 New Weeknight Dinners for a New Year

December 29, 2014

For those nights when you get home hungry, stressed, and impatient, Hangry is here to help. Each Monday, Kendra Vaculin will share quick, exciting meals to rescue anyone who might be anxiously eyeing a box of minute rice.

Today: At some point in the near future, you'll need some new dinner ideas. Here are a few favorites from the Hangry archives.

Admit it: You do not want to think too hard about dinner right now.

Maybe holiday meal prep fell on your shoulders this year, and if you have to make one more grocery list you'll implode. Maybe the pile of pretty cookbooks and beautiful Le Creuset you found under the tree still seem a liiiiittle daunting, to be tackled once you're well into January. Maybe you're in the weird, confusing purgatory between festive gorging and resolution juice cleanse and it's altogether very unclear what to put in your mouth. Maybe, if left to your own devices, you'd eat leftover gingerbread until May.

Whatever the case, this week Hangry is coming to your rescue, rounding up some simple dinners past.
