What happened to the original posting of Best Chicken Recipes a few days ago. I pinned a bunch of recipes to Pinterest, and they have all disappeared and not seeing them in this article - not seeing anywhere on your website. So disappointed!

Once I started cooking chicken breast sous vide with a joule, I couldn’t cook them any other way. The normally dry breast is tender and juicy every time. I will sometimes sous vide chicken breast at a low temp and then finish them with the sauce or breading as in the recipes above. It also takes the stress out of cooking on busy days as I can throw some frozen chicken breasts in a silicone bag and turn on the sous vide in the afternoon and figure out the rest of dinner around 530.

The recipes look good, but it would be a real service to your readers to include nutritional info on them! I start my search for new recipes by checking out nutritional data. Making great tasting food is easy, but making low cal, low salt, moderate fat food that's fantastic is a little more of a challenge.

I made the lemon chicken recipe last week and it was outstanding and simple - exactly what I was looking for. Ended up throwing the leftovers into chicken broth for a lemony rice soup, and that was wonderful as well.
