There is no reason why a decadent dessert has to be complicated to make, as KatieQ shows us in this video. Guided by Priya Krishna of Lucky Peach, Katie slices open a banana, adds a bunch of sweet toppings, and microwaves it for an effortless snack or dessert. "It's just like, mushy banana with delicious sweet things," says Priya. "And mushy banana is kind of awesome," says Katie. It's the kind of awesome that would make a camping trip supremely great, if you ask us.
