just a quick thought...as I sit here exhausted on this beautiful Maine late afternoon...just finished putting up some bread and butter pickles...thinking of all the people who have done this labor of love...or people who put up these delicious foods with thoughts of the winter ahead...thinking of warm summer nights when we sit on the porch...tired but happy...thinking about pickles...have a good night all
