June 10, 2016

You sidle up to the fish counter, peer in at the lobsters moonwalking in their tank, squeak the name of a fish at the monger, and moments later, they hand it to you wrapped in paper. What next? Whether you're cooking fish for the first time, a vegetarian returning to the field (ahem—waters), or just looking for an easy weeknight seafood meal, here are 19 of our favorite no-fuss fish dinners (updated for summer!):

These look wonderful! Though I'm having trouble with the link for olive oil poached fish, it's taking me to the image instead of the recipe.

My best trick for cooking fish is to always include "sesame oil" in the ingredients in ordet to neutralize the smell of the fish.
