Healthierkitchen is on a noble mission: to create healthy and luxurious food. For most this would be a tall order, but healthierkitchen succeeds (like a magician, in fact) in this challenging -- let's just be totally honest here, often underwhelming -- realm. From her Washington, D.C. kitchen emerge delectable, healthy dishes such as Fall Farro Salad; Curried Cauliflower, Red Lentil and Couscous Salad (with a dressing so good JoanG admits she'd like to slurp it up by the spoonful); and Sesame Noodles with Thai Basil. In the mood for more meat? Check out her succulent Moroccan Style Lamb which served as Jenny's "Last Supper in L.A." last August.
If it's kiddos you're looking to please, healthierkitchen's got you covered there, too, with her Banana Oat Bread and Peanut Chicken and Broccoli. But be warned, she says in the latter recipe, "You will see children consume great amounts of broccoli." Be prepared to be amazed! We told you she's a magician.
