Onetribegourmet (a.k.a Sara) is a realtor in Philadelphia by day, and a world traveller (by way of her intercontinental kitchen) by night. After a quick glance at her recipe archive, you'd think she's jet-setting around the world to taste these marvels, but all of these dishes were skillfully cooked at home (although many dishes are inspired by her actual travels). Sara says she loves to "experience different cultures" through their cuisines, and her recipes, like Sri Lankan Masur Dal with Tamarind, Curry Leaves & Coconut MilkWinter Squash Soufflé with Dark Amber Maple Syrup & Grana Padano Cheese, Fig & Ginger Zabaglione (beautifully pictured, above), and Spicy Andalusian Seafood Paella highlight some of the best foods on offer around the globe.

The best part of all? Sara demystifies every new ingredient and technique with such deft that by the time you've finished whipping up, say, her stunning Medley of Roasted Potatoes with Homemade Za'atar and Aleppo Pepper, you'll find mixing your own za'atar spice blend as easy as making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (or should we say Nutella?).
