Ricotta Pancakes with Apple-Calvados Syrup  Gnudi with Lemon-Thyme Butter and Breadcrumbs

I would love to test the loaded with good stuff loaf! I wrote a comment under the recipe but I am not sure if that is how I claim one or not!

I had not issues -- altough I did need to cook them a bit longer than the recipe said, but that was an easy adjustment. The family loved them!
