What's your favorite food?

There are so many it's hard to choose, but if I have to pick only one it would be cheese—and I wouldn't mind a glass of red wine with it!

What's one recipe you can't wait to cook this month? Why?

Since Christmas is almost here, I can't wait to bake gingerbread cookies (and make their icing decorations!).

Describe your most spectacular kitchen triumph.

I managed to cook a whole New Year's Eve dinner for 20 by myself and with short notice. It all turned out perfect.

What is your ideal comfort food?

Creamy mashed potatoes.

Music or no music while cooking?

The radio is always on! I'm never without music while cooking.

What's your go-to dish for entertaining?

I think it is homemade pasta and/or pizza.

Favorite holiday dessert: Go.

Fresh fruit tartlets are always my favorite.
