Truly beautiful and price prohibitive for big canning projects, but perfect for something extra special, like Amanda's Preserved strawberries with chiles or a few pickled ramps. I rarely process these jars for shelf stability, but use them only for refrigerator storage.

Oh that's a great idea! I make preserved lemons each year and I just did a bathc of grilled and marinated garden stuff that would look really pretty. Resistance is futile?

Love them too, but they are SOOO out of my price range!! Could someone at Food52 address the foodpickle question we posed on this issue?
