The calendar reads March, but let's be honest: It'll still be a while before spring graces us with her warm presence. Until then, I'm still on high alert warding off colds and trying to keep the suffering from winter malaise at bay. How do I do that? Lots of warm liquids, gingery concoctions, and all of the comforting carbs my body can handle. (Sweatpants and good podcasts help, too.)
