Deep breath: We’re entering fall, y’all! The chaotic, exciting, autumnal frenzy where we throw gourds onto everything, wrap ourselves in sweaters, and dash between football fields and apple orchards and maybe a haunted house or two. To keep up your spirits (and your energy), you’ll need snacks. Lots of them.

And no one knows how to celebrate the harvest like fan-favorite Trader Joe’s. Their latest Fearless Flyer boasts a cornucopia of pumpkin-everything, apples galore, and warm caramel creations—all in bite-size, speedy-sustenance form. We’ve gathered our favorite season’s eatings below:

1. Pumpkin Butternut Squash Bisque, $3.99

This 15-ingredient soup is made with good, flavorful ingredients (pumpkin purée, butternut squash, honey, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to name a few). Each container serves 2.5, but I’ll turn a blind eye if you eat the entire container in one sitting. On second thought, I’ll do the same.

2. Turkey & Pumpkin Mole Burrito, $3.99

Turkey meat, pumpkin, black beans, mole sauce, and Monterey Jack cheese are packed into this individual Trader Joe’s burrito. It’s the perfect handheld bite to snack on all fall long.

3. Sweet & Savory Pumpkin Spread, $2.99

Spread it on toast, waffles, pumpkin bagels, roasted vegetables, or eat it by the spoon. Buy this Trader Joe’s pumpkin spread now and you can try it every which way throughout the fall season.

6. Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cups, $4.99 for 12

7. Pumpkin Biscotti, $3.99

Trader Joe’s biscotti manage to have the perfect crunch without tasting bland or dry, and the spiced pumpkin flavor is prominent without being too punchy.

8. Harvest Blend Herbal Tea, $2.29

This caffeine-free tea features a blend of cinnamon, ginger, hibiscus, chamomile, roasted chicory, orange peel, and apple for a warm and cozy beverage that hits the spot morning, noon, and night.

19. Cinnamon Bun Spread, $3.49

This spiced spread tastes like the filling of a cinnamon roll without being cloyingly sweet. I’d recommend drizzling it over ice cream (like TJ’s pumpkin ice cream!) or waffles, but you can experiment all season long...and then report back with your favorite use!

20. Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps, $3.99

“They’re made with actual pumpkin, which gives them a slightly denser – yet no less crispy – texture than their forebears. Rounding out their flavor profile are abundant amounts of tart cranberries and just the right amount of seasonings, including thyme, nutmeg, and turmeric,” according to Trader Joe’s website.

So much pumpkin! opn the non pumpkin spice list are the White Truffle potato chips are divine. I am 4 1/2 hours away from the nearest TJ, and if they would ship these by the case I would eat a bag a day.

I actually avoid most "pumpkin spice" products, but did snag a box of #20, Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps--those were SO delicious. Almost like ginger snaps, but lighter and although savory, the cranberries gave a sweet bite. We ate them with a mild goat cheese and they disappeared like magic. That was in late Sep, when I was visiting in Texas--nearest TJ to me here in NC is about 80 miles, so no joy about getting picking them up again.

Too many pumpkin products and half of them aren't available anymore. Should've published their November/December holiday products.

Rilynne October 31, 2021
Love all the Trader Joe "Fall" items but unfortunatly this article needed to be published mid September, my TJ's is sold out of almost everything, tried to get maple butter 3 weeks ago only to be told sorry it's seasonal and sold out..... they have a few Thanksgiving items and now it's all about the December holidays.

sbaker132 October 31, 2021
I agree. I’m getting tired of finding something I really like and then it’s gone next time because it’s “seasonal!”

On October 29th I went to my local TJs. When I couldn't find the Autumn Harvest Soup I went to the front to inquire about its location. A "crew member" looked up the item in the computer and informed me that the AUTUMN Harvest Soup was "seasonal" and no longer in stock. Guess it was a short Autumn this year..

So, the only article you found to refer to was one with vulgar cursing? WOW!

I bought a miniature orange tree from you last spring and am wondering if you could tell me what the name of it is. I believe it started with the letter C! Thanks!

Daynae54 October 26, 2021
The pumpkin blondies are delicious! Not too sweet. Great with coffee or tea.

I'm sorry I'm so over pumpkin spice. I can't stand it! Can't we move on! It's not that good.

Corduval October 31, 2021
I totally agree that it's time to move on from this tired pumpkin spice fad. At this point, the food industry is so invested in it that I fear we will be stuck with it forever. The real aggravation for me is all the regular products I cannot find because they were removed to make room for PS!

I can't believe the frozen butternut squash mac & cheese isn't on this list!! It is the ultimate fall comfort.

Misstee September 23, 2021

Roger D. October 16, 2018
I just started working at TJ's as a second job. Amazing place and people. There's a new salsa that I tried today and it was great! It's the Pepito (Pumpkin Seed) Salsa.

Erica L. October 15, 2018
Trader Joe’s pumpkin cranberry crisps are delicious too! Paid them with some crazy cheese, or even pumpkin cream cheese and they’re perfect! They only have these crisps (crackers) for a couple of months, so I always stock up. We’ve already gone through three or four boxes.

Carol S. October 12, 2018
Harvest Chili is the best! Seasoned just right, and great bite! Yum!

Abby K. October 12, 2018

They got rid of their pumpkin spice granola this year! :-( That was sad. But their Pumpkin Kringle is delicious.
