Chili Peppers

Between now and next Thursday at midnight, we want to see Your Best Chili Pepper Recipe! For more details and to enter the contest, go here.

On top of the normal bounty of prizes, the winner will also receive a private cooking party for 10 at the Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center in Brooklyn any time in the next year. (Check out their amazing kitchen space, which we used for our own rhubarb jamming party in May.)

I'm being TAUNTED here with the chilli pepper temptation!! does the chilli pepper have to take center stage or can it simply be a heat contributing spice in a supporting role!
