The first user to tip the genie of genius (and Food52 Senior Editor) Kristen off to a recipe worthy of scrutinization. She made a case -- and wasn't wrong -- about the beauty of parlaying rock hard peaches into a pickly summer salad. In the vast and often seductive world of cooks canvassing their wares (okay, recipes), it can be difficult to separate the boys from the men, so to speak. EmilyC is a cook you can trust.
