Community-Tested Editors' Picks — Pears
Any Food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm (EST).
We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Community-Tested Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

Rachael is a trusted home cook.
Step away from your computer for a few hours and look what happens! Must be more in synch with the F52 timeline. Just so you all know - I'm making one anyway (said with the same small bravado my four year old uses when informing me that he is not, under any circumstances, brushing his teeth).

I agree. What a great motto to live by. Thanks for testing the French Toast TAP! Don't be afraid of the Pernod. :)
over 6 years ago There'sAlwaysPie
Ha - thanks! :) I encourage everyone to live by this motto - and eat more pie! I do not fear the Pernod - but was glad to read the pointer about not downing a shot of it during cooking....

I will take the Peartini! A bit selfish on my part, because after this crazy week ( I know it is only Thursday), I will have a good excuse for making this drink!
