Our New Year's Detox

A new year: a fresh start. Gone are the roasts, the cookies, the cocktails, those glorious hallmarks of the holiday season; we're going healthy (at least for a little while), and we're loving it.

Here are 10 dishes we'll be making all year long -- ones so good we'll be raising our glasses (of water) to give a hearty "cheers!"

Those cocoa chips look amazing. Very interesting. Everything sounds so good. Got to try a few of these.

Beans are great for detox -- high fiber, filling, good nutrition, and with a great recipe from FOOD52 (or your mother), delicious.

except for the salmon & squid dishes, these are all vegetarian!! LOVE it.. (this is perfect for a Meatless Monday list as well!)
