The Everyday, Anytime Egg-Combination Generator

March 16, 2012

Do you ever feel uninspired when cooking eggs? In this week's The New York Times Magazine, Mark Bittman shares the perfect Everyday, Anytime Egg-Combination Generator. Starting with a base, he adds eggs - hard-boiled, scrambled, omelet, Mollet, and fried - and finishes with a garnish, creating everything from a hearty breakfast to a healthy lunch and a spicy Mexican dinner. It seems the possibilities are endless, though we might add baked eggs to the list too.

What's your favorite egg dish?
