Any Food52 member is welcome to help us test our Community Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm (EST).

We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Community Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as a Community Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as a Community Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

What a great round-up of recipes! They all look wonderful. Sorry I am not able to test any. Am away learning new recipes off in Tuscany.

Hold on just a second, the tangorita hasn't been claimed?! I would love to test that? Yeah weekend!

fiveandspice May 18, 2012
"I would love to test that" was intended as a statement, not a question. There is no question. Only bad typing and overexcitement.

Panfusine May 18, 2012
Thanks for volunteering to test the Tangorita fiveandspice, It's gone viral at home with friends and Family since I posted it! (If you're wondering about a substitute for Chat masala, toasted & powdered cumin with a pinch of salt works great)

fiveandspice May 18, 2012
