Does your state have an iconic dish that immediately comes to mind when you think of your favorite foods? Can you identify the signature state dishes above? Hint: New York for buffalo wings, Nevada for the all-you-can-eat hotel buffet (hilarious!), Maine for lobster rolls, and Hawaii for spam musubi.

YumSugar has compiled an amazing smorgasbord of state dishes -- it's remarkable how spot-on they targeted every single one! The dishes are presented alphabetically by state, and my heart was in my throat as I paged through looking for Oklahoma. Lo and behold, they hit the bull's eye: chicken fried steak!

This IS right on, but the pretzel-jello-thingee makes me a little sad for Utah.
