Two-Step Herb Preserving

We loved The Kitchn’s suggestion earlier this summer to freeze herbs in olive oil, but this video tip from Chow eliminates another step from the process. To keep summer's bounty going long into the winter months, just throw the chopped herbs into ice cube trays, no oil necessary.
