Solid Colors Are Boring, So Bedazzle Instead

As first kitchen material, stand mixers are debatable. But once you graduate to one, there’s no arguing it: the thing should be bedazzled. Because we all need a little jazz hands with our cupcake making, right?

No, but seriously, the one thing I’ve often wondered while making my Late Summer Plum Cake is, “where are all of the polar bears?” It’s about time we started painting our kitchen equipment. Now go on, bedazzle yours. It has no idea what’s coming.

I have a thing for most foods topped with a fried egg, a strange disdain for overly soupy tomato sauce, and I can never make it home without ripping off the end of a newly-bought baguette. I like spoons very much.

Color I understand....I have a cobalt blue mixer in my yellow kitchen...but bedazzling a stand mixer? You know that's going to be in a "gourmet kitchen" where the only thing made in said kitchen---is reservations.

Yes! My very first thought was, "How would you clean it??".

My kitchen is too small for a stand up, but pretty sure I'd bedazzle it with most anything but sequins! Egg yolked sequins is..well... just gross!!
