Jam Jar Cocktails

A few weeks ago, we were pleasantly surprised to find new uses for the last half-spoonfuls of jam left in the jar. Mixed into a vinaigrette, it's the perfect bright summer flavor to get me through the dog days. Now Food & Wine is keeping the jam jar alive by mixing the sweet stuff into cocktails, thanks to a handful of chefs' recipes.

Cheers to squeezing all we can out of the summer harvest.
