Happy Girl Kitchen Co. used to be a small business focused on the tradition of preserving food, teaching their community how to make everything from pickles to ketchup. Now they’ve grown their services to provide produce delivery, host school field trips, throw field dinners for local nonprofits, and give shelf space to other local food artisans.
All these are steps toward a more sustainable local food system, but Happy Girl has maxed out their resources. That’s where we come in.
