What role does rice play in your life? This week, Whole Foods Market Cooking makes an ode to the multi-dimensional, jack-of-all-trades seed. Rice was the team player (or the star) of many simple but fulfilling weeknight dishes she ate as a child, and now, her appreciation for rice comes full circle in this festive, fall-spiced cranberry and pear wild rice pilaf.
