Chocolate for Breakfast

Because there really isn't a wrong time to eat it, is there?

It doesn't hurt that these dark chocolate cookies call for a teaspoon and a half of espresso powder to bring you out of sleep. The espresso intensifies the chocolate flavor, but we're thinking the smoked sea salt is what really knocks these cookies out of the park.
