Entertaining Drop-In Guests

December 17, 2012

We know, we know: holidays are a time for family and friends. Which means that family and friends, somehow, are always popping over -- and, of course, are always hungry. We've found that having a few snacks around the house -- hearty snacks, light snacks, savory snacks, sweet snacks -- is key; snacks make everyone feel welcome (and everyone well-fed). Take a free afternoon or evening to whip some of these up; they'll keep through the holidays. All recipes are from our recently-updated Food52 Holiday Recipe and Survival Guide.
