JennT1981 is a Sacramento-based homemaker and aspiring entrepreneur in catering and personal cheffing. She is also a prolific and dedicated recipe developer, working cleverly around the contents of her pantry (cabinet vibrations, her boyfriend calls them) and garden to create and document new recipes on a daily basis. She deftly repurposes stale croissants into a luxurious Dark Chocolate Chip Croissant Citrus Custard Pudding and day-old mashed potatoes into Left-Over Mashed Spud Cakes. Perhaps most ingeniously, when she realized just how tasty the baby food was that she was making for her daughter, it started doing double duty as a staple soup and sauce for the grown-ups in the house!
