You can read each tester's comments by clicking through to the Editors' Picks recipes -- the comments are under "Amanda and Merrill's Notes" at the top. And even if the recipe you tested wasn't chosen as an EP, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

You're welcome! And here's an interesting side note . .. we had a bit of this left over, which I fried up in a skillet the next morning to serve with eggs. When was the last time you had a potato salad that could be so deliciously re-purposed?!!! We should all be thanking YOU, for the great recipe. ;o)

MrsWheelbarrow, thank you for the review! I see what you mean about missing the eggy taste of the mayonnaise . . now am wondering if a touch of cooked hard boiled egg yolk in the dressing might do the trick. I know that you are crazy about remoulades . . . . so I'm extra glad that you liked this! ;o)

Thank you, aargersi, for the terrific write up. And yes, that dressing does have a certain "what's in this" quality? I'm so glad it was a success at your party!! ;o)

Well, you can see I did overcook the beans a bit...but it was still great!
