Put a Filter on It: Ingredient Prep

November  1, 2013

It's no secret -- we love a good 'gram. Here, we'll be posting our favorite Instagram from the food world, on a different theme each week. This week, it's about the journey, not the destination (of your ingredients, that is).

When it comes to food photography, the ingredients can be even more beautiful than the final product (and sometimes we can only hope that's the case). This week, we're admiring joythebaker's ingredients for pumpkin pecan scones, all organized neatly and ready to make magic. And we have proof that the scones themselves were gorgeous, too.

Shop the Story

Fetch your cutest bowls and your most handsome cutting board and get prepping. We want to see photos of your beautifully-composed kitchen prep -- and even if the final product didn't turn out quite as planned, we'll never know.

We want your 'grams! Follow us, then Instagram your baking or cooking work-in-progress with the hashtag #F52grams -- we'll re-gram our favorites.

A (former) student of English, a lover of raisins, a user of comma splices. My spirit animal is an eggplant. I'm probably the person who picked all of the cookie dough out of the cookie dough ice cream. For that, I'm sorry.
