I did the Lemon Posset tonight and it was great...I used whipping cream (I know there is a difference, I just do not remember what it is) and lime juice vs. lemon juice. Nice and tart.

Wow!! Thanks for the terrific recipes. Looking forward to making the Leek, Lemon and Feta Quicheand Lemon Zucchini cookies! Yummmm.....Oh, and the Thyme Pesto! Great way to use up surplus veggies/herbs....Gotta go, I'm hungry now!

Thanks for featuring the quiche! I fully agree: add lemon to anything and it just gets better. I'm honored to be in such great company in this roundup. The menu looks delicious, and while in general I'm a real sucker for the desserts, the garlic bread, scallops, and crostini are tempting me back from the edge of the sugary cliff I'm standing on. Can't wait to try some new (to me) recipes from Food 52 companions-in-arms (or whisks, or saute pans...)

PS: Had never heard of a "posset" before. Probably an embarrassing gap in my culinary education, but I love the learning that always takes place when I visit this community! Thanks again.

Wow, thanks so much for the wonderful pictures of the completed dishes! I am drooling. I love the look of the quiche and the scallops and the crostini and the cookies...I am hungry. Guess I'd better go make some lunch. Wish I could just snatch it off my computer!
