I couldn't help buying some vanilla-infused fleur de sel, but I'm not sure what do do with it. Any recipe

You weren't quick enough! I made grilled cheese with brie, fresh thym and slivered almonds. The vanilla bean-infused fleur de sel was the perfect accent!
