I have a question about the recipe "Misoyaki Roast Chicken with Shoyu Onion Sauce" from timWuNotWoo.
Has anybody tried roasting this Chichen in a rotisserie?

Because the marinade is brushed off and the chicken doesn't need basting, there's no reason that it wouldn't work! Let us know how it goes if you try it.
