Can I freeze a dish I made that has chicken breast in it, or will that make the texture weird after thawing?

It also contains mushrooms, cannellini beans and truffle butter:)

The only thing you really need to worry about freezing is foods with milk or cream in it. The have a tendency or curdle or separate upon reheating. But chicken breasts freeze great!

It should be fine to freeze, you could even freeze it in single portion sizes, think of it as your made at home, five star, TV dinner. And the chicken breast will be perfectly fine as long as you eat it within a reasonable amount of time, just don't leave it in the freezer for a year ;) It sound great by the way, you should share the recipe.
