I have a question about the recipe "Arugula, Pear and Goat Cheese Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette" from brigade. I just listed under "Comments." Is there any easy/easier way to get roasted, chopped pistachios vs. shelling, chopping and roasting?

I have seen shelled pistachios at trader joe's so at least that step would be eliminated. Not sure if they are salted or not, however.
