I did not there was such a thing as leftover oysters. Never seen them at my house.

If they're in the shell...the Broiled Oysters with Sriracha and lime butter. http://www.food52.com/recipes/2882_grilled_or_broiled_oysters_with_a_sriracha_lime_butter

if not in the shell. You could use a shallow heat proof dish.

You could also fry them with seasoned cornmeal/eggwash/cornmeal (use cajun seasoning: Garlic powder, paprika, celery salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder..etc). And make po-boy sandwiches. Or use the siraachi sauce, lime idea to make either a dressing or dipping sauce. With Sriracha, mayo, thai chili paste, lime.

Fry them up and put them in an omelette tomorrow morning ala Gabriel Hamilton @Prune.
