A substitute for chervil?

the best thing if you dont have chervil is to sort of mix other herbs to try and capture the flavor. touch of tarragon or hyssop, touch of fennel fronds, chives, lemon thyme. the flavor will be a lot more assertive than chervil's but the profile will be somewhat similar

I love chervil, but it's not that readily available, and I don't think there are great substitutes. If you just want the green, add a little parsley.
