Also in agreement here. Rocket is the English term for arugula.

Rocket is another name for arugula.

Cilantro is another name for coriander.

Agree with Naina Lal there is no such thing as rocket cilantro.

I don't think there is anything such as rocket cilantro, however, there is a herb called 'culantro' which I think may be it. Culantro is a native plant from Central America and is also called as 'saw-tooth cilantro' since it has leaves that are slightly spiny on the edges. The leaves are thick, hence it's best eaten cooked. It almost tastes like cilantro, but not as soapy. I have attached a picture. I get mine from a local farmers market. Hope this helps.
