113 grams -- In the US, butter is commonly sold in one pound packages, with four wrapped sticks, 1/4 pound each. Each stick is 4 ounces = 1/2 cup. There are 454 grams per pound, so the 1/2 cup comes to 113 grams. (I'm reading the label of a stick of butter -- you'll see there is some rounding off.)
