Looking for uncommon food names of people of note.

Mr. Broccolini was in the cast of the very first performance of The Pirates of Penzance (Gilbert and Sullivan, 1879, Fifth Avenue Theater, NYC), I was amazed to learn. Surely there must be other people whose names are unlikely foods.

This isn't someone famous (at least last time I saw her!) but many moons ago when I was in high school, I worked one summer at a daycare center. One of the kids in my class was named Dijon.

Luisa Tetrazzini, the opera singer from the 1st half of the 20th century, had the delicious chicken/turkey tetrazzini named for her.
