There is a great one I use from my greens cookbook, but I am not home now. Basically it is brown rice cooked in broth with onion carrot and celery. You boil wild rice separate and mix it all together. Sorry I can't be more specific. Just sauté the veggies and add brown rice with the liquid and combine with boiled wild rice.
