I have a question about the recipe "spring risotto of asparagus, peas & ramps" from gourmettenyc. not clear on what to do with the ramps. thnks

Do you mean you're not sure how to clean them? If so, treat them like a scallion. Trim the bottoms, pull off any slimy layers, and then slice the white base and green leaves. You can use the entire leaf. The ramps get incorporated in step 4.
