This one has always worked well for me, just omit the espresso powder from the batter and the cocoa powder from the crust. http://www.food52.com/recipes/11254_cappuccino_cheesecake

Probably the one from Junior's in Brooklyn which I think Amanda may have posted here. Anyway it's also in her "Essential New York Times Cookbook". It's the only one I make.
