A question about a recipe: Yotam Ottolenghi's Sweet Corn Polenta with Eggplant Sauce

I have a question about the recipe "Yotam Ottolenghi's Sweet Corn Polenta with Eggplant Sauce" from Genius Recipes. Can't wait to try this, maybe for a small dinner party this weekend. Can the polenta be made in advance and rewarmed, or is it best to finish last minute?

To keep the polenta from becoming too thick, I would stop the recipe after pureeing the corn, then reheat the pureed corn/water mixture together before finishing up by adding the butter and feta.
