How many # of turkey for 10 people with lots of leftovers?

I actually prefer to do two smaller turkeys. I can make more stock from the carcasses that way.

I'd err on the side of larger and go with a 20#

I usually have 8-10 people over on Thanksgiving and I get a 18-20 lb turkey that feeds everyone generously and there are plenty of leftovers.
