I just made whole wheat bread. I want to serve it tomorrow night. How should I store it?

I LOVE the tea-towel trick! I like to store home baked bread wrapped in parchement or wax paper and if I have to store it for longer than 2 days, I wrap it in plastic over the paper. Bread likes to breathe, like cheese, and if it's only wrapped in plastic it can not only mold faster but make the bread taste of plastic.

Once it's cooled after baking, i wrap my bread tightly in a tea towel and let it sit overnight- my Irish mother in law swears this keeps the crumb moist. From that point on, i keep it in tupperware or a giant freezer ziplock bag.
