I have a question about the recipe "Sweet Potatoes Anna with Prunes" from mrsp. Can I use ghee instead of clarified butter?

Yes - I think that would work
Thanks! That'll help. Happy cooking!
Ghee is the clarified butter... so instead of preparing ghee from scratch ..i.e clarifying the butter.... you can use the ghee which is already available

Yes you can, and, if you have some duck fat, use that too !
