I have a question about the recipe "Sweet Potatoes Anna with Prunes" from mrsp. Can I use ghee instead of clarified butter?

Ghee is the clarified butter... so instead of preparing ghee from scratch ..i.e clarifying the butter.... you can use the ghee which is already available
