Where do you find quick cooking polenta?

I would try it with corn grits -- coarsely ground corn, which Bob's Red Mill sells labeled as Polenta. The cooking time is fairly short.

A store with a decent bulk foods section should have it - but always make sure the store has high turnover of their bulk products to ensure freshness. Nothing worse than bulk anything that's been sitting around for weeks or longer.

In California Bristol Farms carries it. Possibly Whole Foods also.
